About the Company
Revise Recruitment is a boutique, owner-operated agency delivering highly personalised, relationship-driven recruitment services. With a small, agile team, they provide one-on-one attention to both clients and candidates, ensuring a premium, tailored experience across every brief.
This is an opportunity to join a business where quality outweighs volume, relationships come first, and your contribution directly impacts growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from taking client briefs and advertising roles through to sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, reference checking and placement follow-up. In addition, you will contribute to proactive talent pipelining, client relationship management and new business generation.
Beyond recruitment delivery, you will also support LinkedIn engagement, digital content creation, and online brand presence, helping attract top talent and grow the agency network.
