CASUAL ADMIN/ACCOUNTS POSITION
* MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY 7am - 4pm
* Position open to permanent residents only. No backpackers/WHV/88 days
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and directing customer inquiries via phone and email
* Processing orders, preparing invoices, and coordinating deliveries
* Assisting with customer account management and order follow-ups
* Scheduling deliveries and coordinating logistics with carriers
* Assisting with maintaining product catalogs and updating pricing information
* Performing general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
* Attention to detail
* Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* A strong understanding of food wholesale operations or logistics is a plus
