Key Responsibilities
Client & Visitor Experience:
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to all clients and visitors
* Handle all incoming phone calls and emails with exceptional care and professionalism
* Coordinate client meeting bookings and scheduling
* Manage secure document and payment collections/deliveries
* Prepare and dispatch client correspondence and documentation
Office & Facility Management:
* Oversee meeting room bookings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage room availability
* Maintain kitchen facilities and coordinate with external food suppliers
* Support general facility maintenance and cleanliness standards
* Manage mail processing, scanning, filing, and banking duties
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Minimum 2+ years administration experience, preferably in professional services
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
* Professional presentation and demeanor
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn business-specific software
* Discretion in handling confidential information
* Australian working rights
