About the Role
The Store Manager will be responsible for coaching and managing a team of Assistant Store Managers and Retail Assistants. You will also work closely with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource to identify and resolve any potential performance issues.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
* Demonstrate you're a results-orientated leader with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
* Developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
* Business acumen sharper than a diamond, coupled with analytical thinking that can show and Deliver positive results.
* Talent magnet, skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
