Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/36c146 Senior Project Manager Ballarat, VIC (Hybrid — 3 days onsite or by negotiation) · 12-Month Contract · Employee or Contractor UFS Healthcare is a profit-for-purpose healthcare company that has been serving regional Victoria since 1880. As a mutual organisation, we invest our profits back into our services for the benefit of more than 100,000 members, patients, and the wider community. From our Ballarat headquarters, we operate 19 pharmacies across western Victoria, four medical centres, the Ballarat Urgent Care Clinic (providing free non-emergency care to our community), two optometry practices, and a dental practice. Our collective vision for the next decade is to be a leading partner in connected, high-quality, integrated healthcare across our regions — and technology is central to how we get there. The Chance We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to take senior accountability for our ERP program following go-live, leading stabilisation, optimisation, and enhancement delivery across our pharmacy network while also governing a future marketing technology implementation. This role chairs the Steering Committee, owns the integrated program roadmap, and partners with executive stakeholders to deliver outcomes that improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and pharmacy network performance. You'll step into a live program with structure already in place. Your job is to bring the rigour, pace, and leadership that turns a good foundation into exceptional outcomes. What You'll Be Doing - Chairing the Steering Committee — preparing packs, facilitating executive decision-making, and driving follow-through on actions - Owning the integrated program roadmap across the ERP and marketing technology workstreams - Managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and benefits realisation across the program - Maintaining governance standards: stage gates, RAID logs, reporting, change control, and documentation - Managing vendor relationships and holding delivery partners to account on SOW deliverables, milestones, and quality - Partnering with executive stakeholders to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and communicate program health What We're Looking For - Genuine ERP post-implementation experience — you've stabilised a live system, not just delivered a go-live - A track record running SteerCo with executive and senior stakeholders - Strong vendor management — you know how to hold delivery partners to account - The kind of calm authority that keeps teams moving when things get complicated - Proficiency in governance tools: Asana, Excel, Power BI, Azure DevOps or equivalent - Bonus: healthcare, pharmacy or retail experience, or a background in martech and loyalty platforms Why UFS Healthcare - A program with genuine substance — complex, live, and consequential - Versatile engagement — come as an employee or a contractor, your choice - Competitive remuneration commensurate with your experience — this is a senior role and will be treated as one - Hybrid working with a Ballarat base — great lifestyle, meaningful work in a community that genuinely needs it - Real authority in a genuine leadership role, not a support function - An organisation that takes delivery seriously and is invested in getting this right - The chance to shape technology programs that will directly determine how we serve our community over the next decade Click Apply Now to be directed to our career portal where you will find the full position description as well or more information at ufs.com.au.
