Role Description

This full-time, on-site Property Manager role is based in Ballarat, VIC. The Property Manager will oversee the successful management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and adherence to legal compliance. Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, organizing maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords and tenants, managing leases, addressing property-related concerns, and maintaining accurate property records. The candidate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client services while managing rental portfolios efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Property Management, including handling leases, tenant relations, and property maintenance coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle property portfolios efficiently
• Customer service and communication skills for engaging with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Basic understanding of real estate laws, compliance, and market trends
• Proficiency in real estate‐related software and administrative tasks
• Ability to work independently with problem‐solving skills to address property issues promptly
• Relevant industry certifications or qualifications, such as a Property Management license
• Prior experience in property management or real estate is an advantage
