Senior Cost Management Professional
As a seasoned Senior Cost Management Professional, you will be responsible for leading cost management on high-profile Defence infrastructure projects. This role involves overseeing cost planning, control, and reporting across all project phases, strategically managing contractor claims, variations, and commercial risk.

Key Responsibilities:
* Cost Planning: Develop and implement effective cost plans that ensure projects are delivered within budget.
* Cost Control: Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
* Reporting: Provide regular, insightful reporting to stakeholders on project costs, variances, and forecasted outcomes.
* Contractor Management: Strategically manage contractor claims, variations, and commercial risk to minimize project delays and costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Expertise in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, and Commercial Advisory Services.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with platforms like PRISM, CostX, or EcoSys.
* Proven ability to derive estimates from first principles and manage complex cost plans.
* Australian citizenship with Baseline or NV1 clearance (or ability to obtain).
* Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management.
* Professional accreditation (RICS, AACEI, AIPM, PMI) highly regarded.
