* Providing friendly, helpful customer service
* Restocking shelves and fresh produce displays
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
* Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
* Supporting your team with general store duties
* Upholding food safety and quality standards

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Full Time Shop Assistant. Key responsibilities will include:
* Provide excellent customer service and assist our customers with all our fantastic products
* Surprise and delight the customers with your amazing displays
* Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
* Putting the WOW in everything you do
* Use your team building experience to maintain and happy and safe working environment
* Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A passion for fresh food and great customer service
* A positive, reliable and energetic attitude
* Availability to work a rotating roster (including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays)
* Ability to work in a physically active environment (lifting, standing, walking)
* Previous retail or hospitality experience is highly regarded
