The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting prospect for a Sales Coordinator to join our sales division. In this position, you will play a crucial role by being the go between, the sales team and the service department, as well the administrative functions. Based in Forrestdale, this role will give you the exposure to both Workshop and Sales Divisions within Hitachi.
To be successful in this role you will:
Support the Sales Team (Maintenance of CE Sales Administration duties keeping up to date)
Assist with maintainingand updating the CRM Database
Work with the workshop to achieve an accurate delivery schedule and forecast
Process invoices, quotes and tenders
Review the BUS along with the sales manager to confirm the options are correct before sending the information to the workshop
Provide ConSite service agreement information to the customer
Organizing events, attend demos, and workshops and sales meetings
Demonstrate safety procedures and act with a sense of urgency
A Current Driver’s License
You will need to have a high level of interpersonal and organizational skills while being computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Databases.
A keen attention to detail is necessary, while previous experience in a construction or mining equipment sales department is not required, it would be an advantage
