About The Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Officer in a busy Government Agency. You will be responsible for providing advice and support to customers in relation to Australian Travel Documents.
* Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Manage the team shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries
* Ensure quality of documentation
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism across all duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Providing counter/reception support for the local offices
2. Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person
3. General administrative duties within the office
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Proven experience in a government department or a similar business environment
* Existing Baseline Clearance
* Previous or current demonstrated customer service skills
* Advanced skills in word processing, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
* High-level skills in verbal and written communication and able to deal with external and internal stakeholders at all levels
