Responsibilities
* Provide on-site support for site staff and contribute to daily interactions with clients, including attendance and contributions to meetings.
* Assist in on-going cost management, on-site safety and Environmental management, and ensure adherence to quality procedures.
* Communicate effectively across all levels of the business (from crew to client).
* Support the team with financial understanding, forecasting, procurement, and contracts administration; adopt a practical hands-on approach with a commitment to living safely.
* Assist in delivering self-performing Civil packages for internal business and external public & private enterprises.
Qualifications
* Relevant Civil Engineering degree and appropriate industry experience.
* Previous work with Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects, stormwater drainage packages, or concrete structures is favourable but not compulsory.
* Excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities; capable of working in a collaborative team environment.
* Valid driver's licence and flexibility to work night shift.
