**About the Role**:
Joining our dynamic team, you will directly report to the Head of Resin Sales. Your primary focus will be on driving customer base expansion (30%) while effectively managing existing accounts (70%). Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to foster growth and expand our clientele.
- Managing the requirements of our current customers, ensuring regular monthly orders are fulfilled.
- Achieving sales volume growth targets and maintaining profitability.
- Conducting regular customer visits to gain invaluable insights into their businesses and provide exceptional service.
- Efficiently managing stock to prevent issues such as stock aging and stock outs.
- Regularly following up on payments to ensure timely and up-to-date transactions.
- Sharing pertinent market and technical information with the sales team.
- Addressing and promptly resolving customer complaints and product quality issues.
**To Succeed in this Role**:
