Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an External Sales Representative to join our team in the Central /North West region of Queensland, focusing on promoting water solutions to the mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in collaboration with the Sales Manager to achieve sales and growth targets.
* Conduct regular sales visits offering expert product advice and engineering solutions to customers.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by leveraging market intelligence and future construction project leads.
* Prepare reports and other necessary documentation in accordance with customer requirements.
* Contribute to the sales team by attending meetings and providing updates on sales progress and CRM system usage to the Sales Manager.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to customers addressing technical or service-related inquiries ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
Requirements:
* Tertiary or Trade Level Qualifications in a Mechanical or Electrical field are required.
* Past Industrial pump sales experience and specifically selling into the Mining sector will be highly valued.
* Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of lead generation and deal closure in customer-facing roles.
* Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Office applications and other sales management systems.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
* A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
