Operations and Sales Support Coordinator

Trinity Petroleum is seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations & Sales Support Coordinator to join our support office in Cairns.
This is a diverse, hands‐on role that combines operational coordination, customer service, sales support and administration within a fast‐paced fuel and lubricants environment. You will play a key role in supporting depot operations, coordinating customer orders, assisting scheduling activities and helping drive incremental growth across our existing customer base.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating fuel and lubricant orders from receipt through to delivery
* Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and operational communication
* Supporting scheduling and depot operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
* Providing sales administration support including customer account coordination and sales documentation
* Assisting with operational reporting, invoicing, purchase orders and compliance documentation
* Supporting marine and bunkering coordination activities where required
* Reviewing driver paperwork and reconciling delivery documentation
* Maintaining operational systems, records and shared inboxes
* Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
* Previous experience in administration, operations support or customer service
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
* A proactive, reliable and team‐focused approach
* Experience within transport, logistics, fuel, wholesale or industrial industries will be highly regarded
