Reporting to the Executive Manager, People and Culture, the primary purpose of the People Partner role is to provide best practice, sound Human Resources advice to our leaders on all people related matters. This role guides and supports leaders to enhance the employee experience and embed a positive, results-based, values driven culture. You will also be required to interpret and advise on industrial legislation including applicable agreements and awards.

* A relevant qualification and previous experience (5+ years) working in a similar role.
* The ability to interpret and translate the various relevant industrial awards, organisations policies and procedures into accurate advice that provides the appropriate outcome for the organisation and employees.
* Strong computer skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
* An ability to guide and support leaders to enhance employee experience &;
* Demonstrated time management and organisation skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Understanding of worker's compensation processes and legislation with the ability to work with both staff and insurers to ensure streamlined return to work for injured employees.
A Working With Vulnerable Peoples Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain is a condition of employment.
