Personal Banking Advisor - Castletown Shopping World
Join Westpac as a Personal Banking Advisor at our Castletown Shopping World branch in Hyde Park.
This full‑time, branch‑based role runs Monday to Friday. You will welcome customers, engage in meaningful conversations, uncover their needs and provide tailored banking solutions, assisting them in person or over the phone and referring them to specialised teams as necessary.
What you'll do
* Deliver excellent customer service and sales, meeting targets.
* Remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations.
* Make sales/referral calls to customers over the phone.
* Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
* Passively maintain a personal energetic personality and passion for helping people.
* Learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
What we're looking for
* Customer service and sales experience, preferably in a customer‑facing or phone‑based role with target‑driven experience.
* Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Comfortable with sales/referral targets and telephone outreach.
* Numerical capability, including proficiency in cash handling, counting, and accurate transaction completion.
* Energetic personality and a genuine passion for helping people.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technology.
