About the Role
This role blends relationship management, marketing, and event coordination. You'll be responsible for promoting our services, strengthening referral networks, and showcasing our clinicians and facilities through strategic marketing initiatives and engaging events.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management & Business Development
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with GPs, specialists, and healthcare partners
* Promote our services and facilities to new and existing referrers
* Support Executive to identify and pursue new business development opportunities in line with our growth strategy
Marketing & Communications
* Develop and deliver marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and service awareness
* Create engaging content for digital platforms — including social media, website, newsletters, and email campaigns
* Coordinate design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional content
* Manage website updates and maintain consistent brand messaging across all communications
Event Management & Community Engagement
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of professional and community events such as GP education sessions, specialist presentations, open days, and networking functions
* Oversee all event logistics — including invitations, venue setup, catering, registrations, and follow-up communications
* Collaborate with clinicians and partners to ensure events are well-targeted, compliant, and deliver meaningful engagement
* Develop post-event evaluations and implement continuous improvement for future activities
Reporting & Analysis
* Track and report on referral activity, marketing performance, and engagement outcomes
* Maintain accurate contact databases and event participation records
About You
* Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or event coordination (preferred but not essential)
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Proven ability to plan and manage multiple projects and events simultaneously
* Strong digital and social media management experience
* Creative, proactive, and highly organised
* Comfortable working both independently and within a small, collaborative team
* Current driver's licence
