Applications Support Analyst

ACH Group a leader in aged care services in South Australia is undertaking a major IT transformation and is looking for Applications Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is hands-on, multi-application support where your technical expertise and service mindset will make a real impact.

What You'll do:
Take full ownership of service requests, incidents and application issues, ensuring timely resolution and long-term fixes.
Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance business applications and databases, ensuring stability and performance.
Design and implement solutions in Salesforce, including flow builder, Apex. Lightning and integrations.
Participate in DevOps activities including deployments. CI/CD pipelines and testing using Capado.
Engage and manage stakeholders, understanding their needs, providing updates and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Apply a service-oriented, ITIL mindset, ensuring tickets are managed professionally and efficiently.
Proactively identify risks, recommend improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Document solutions, maintain knowledge bases and share learnings across the team.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning)
Integration knowledge (APIs, MuleSoft, or similar tools)
DevOps experience (CI/CD, version control, deployments)
Hands-on experience supporting multi-application environments, including Workday, Dayforce, Formstack, SFiles, and others
Strong service mindset / ITIL awareness and experience handling service requests and incidents
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Ownership-driven — takes initiative and drives issues to resolution
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SSIS
