**About Our Client**:
Our client are looking for finance professionals at multiple levels, to join their Finance team. The Finance team are responsible for financial and procurement management within the department. They manage the organisation's financial operations, financial reporting and budgeting and undertake a range of other financial and procurement responsibilities that ensure the financial sustainability.
- Monitoring and managing the group inboxes
- Use Tech1, processing accounts receivable/payable and assist in reviewing and creating contracts and invoice matching
- Process bank receipts and invoices
- Maintain the Finance teams documents in the record management system
- Assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with team members and actively participate in teamwork and group activities
- Working collaboratively and have a strong stakeholder focus whilst providing a high level of customer service
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Australian Citizen (baseline security clearance would be a bonus)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Commerce, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience
- Experience in using financial systems for processing financial transactions and reporting in a organisation
- Proven capability in using financial tools such as Technologyone and excel
- High attention to detail and strong relationship management skills with ability to support a diverse stakeholder base
- Flexibility in organisation and planning skills to manage a high case load within a busy, time pressured environment
