About The Opportunity
This is your chance to play a key role in maintaining essential infrastructure across Melbourne. Due to a surge in council projects, we're seeking a talented and driven Air‐Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join this high‐performing team. There's also room for a passionate 4th year apprentice ready to elevate their career.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your day‐to‐day will include:
* Engaging professionally with clients and site supervisors
* Servicing government and commercial sites across Melbourne
* Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting faults
* Managing compliance documentation and site‐specific safety protocols
* Maintaining and repairing Mechanical HVAC systems, including Central Plants, Package Units, and Split Systems
About You
We're looking for professionals who bring technical skill, a proactive mindset, and strong communication. You'll need:
* Certificate III in air conditioning and refrigeration
* White or red ohs card and working at heights certification
* Valid police check & working with children check (mandatory)
* A positive, self‐motivated approach and strong customer focus
