Role Description: We are seeking FOUR highly motivated Sales Consultants to join our small team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Two weeks of paid training is provided.

The first 6 months would be full time in our Brisbane office, after that we are open to discuss the right applicant working from home after this period.

We understand the challenges involved in applying for builder or trade licenses, given the intricate and varying licensing laws across different Australian states and territories. Our goal is to provide professional assistance at affordable prices, ensuring that our clients can successfully navigate the licensing process and focus on growing their businesses. The Opportunity: You'll have the opportunity to start with a small business from the ground up, this means we'll value all your input and other business skills you may have, we are currently a team of >20 but we are intending to grow to staff, in the coming years. As the company grows over time there will be significant opportunity for you to move into different management roles.
You'll be reporting to the Sales Manager. Successful candidates and salespeople will see themselves earning at least $100,000 - $120,000 + in their first year. The KPI's provided are very realistic.
Here's the problem you'll be solving:
We assist tradies and builders through the application process for their license, we provide advice, assess their documents and prepare the application, as well as help them deal with the regulator for them to ensure a successful outcome. As obtaining a license helps them grows their business and increase work opportunities. In short, they have to spend money with us to make money which is a win-win situation for everyone which are the best products/services to sell, and we have a 98% success rate
Responsibilities:
* Conduct effective inbound sales consultations, understanding clients' licensing needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support to the admin team throughout the licensing process.
* Collaborate closely with the team to develop strategies for business growth and identify new market opportunities.
* Stay up to date with licensing laws and regulations across Australian states and territories through various training programs that we will provide
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in sales is required, with construction related sales as highly regarded
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, coachable and hard working
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
* Knowledge of the construction industry and /or licensing laws is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using CRM software, experience utilising Hubspot is highly regarded
* We prioritise personality first rather than your sales experience, if you're coachable, a hard worker and show initiative then we're happy with that
The start date for this role is the 19th of January 2026, with all applicant's locked in prior to Xmas.
