**Position Overview**: We are seeking a casual employee for 16-24 hours per week, there will be farmers market shifts Saturday and Sunday morning, previous sales experience will be prioritised. Along with weekday shifts at the farm.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- **Valid Manual Australian Driver's License**: Essential for the role.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to lift 20kg regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.
- **Dedication and Motivation**: Hard-working individuals with a positive attitude.
- **Punctuality and Availability**: Reliable and able to commit to weekend work.
- **Transport**: Must have own transport as public transport is not available early enough for the farmers market.
- **Sales Enthusiasm**: A background and enthusiasm for sales will be prioritized, especially for weekend farmers market shifts.
- **References**: Provide a minimum of 2 contactable references.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Harvesting and Boxing Mushrooms**: Attention to detail is crucial.
- **Order Preparation**: Preparing and mixing mushroom grow blocks, moving blocks, and cleaning and sterilizing fruit rooms.
- **Farmers Market Stalls**: Running stalls on weekends with shifts starting at 6:00 am on Saturdays and Sundays.
- **Learning and Adapting**: Additional tasks as you prove your ability to learn mushroom farming procedures.
