Front Desk Manager
This role is ideal for natural leaders who can drive service at every level. As a Front Desk Manager, you will work closely with the Front Office team to implement and maintain high standards of customer service.
About the Role
The position plays a key role in the Front Office, where you will be responsible for:
* Working various shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Providing exceptional customer service in a busy environment
* Communicating effectively with guests, management, and team members
* Assisting with department management while on shift
* Maintaining excellent personal presentation
* Monitoring hotel presentation and staff grooming
* Anticipating guest needs before they ask
* Being highly team-oriented
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star environment
* A strong background in hotel management, including knowledge of reservations, accounts, complaint handling, and problem-solving
* Experience using hotel software
* A proven background in front desk and reservation operations
