The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to join our Brisbane, Eagle Street office on a full time, permanent basis.
As the P&C Business Partner you will partner with the Office Managing Partner, local partners and Practices in the Brisbane office, providing advice, coaching, and support across a broad range of P&C matters spanning the employee lifecycle. Working in collaboration with P&C divisional leads, you will focus on enabling partners/business leaders to effectively manage and support their people with a focus on developing and retaining talent, employee engagement and wellbeing. This role forms an integral part of our P&C business partnering team and will play a role in supporting leaders through transition, aligning people with practices, and reinforcing a high performance, inclusive culture.
You will also have accountability for the delivery of various programs and initiatives aligned to the P&C strategy, working collaboratively across the P&C partnering team, the wider P&C function and with key stakeholders.

What we are looking for
* Strong generalist Human Resources experience - experience in delivering HR support to a sophisticated client base and dealing with multiple stakeholders in the legal industry is essential.
* Ability to build and maintain working relationships across the firm, with demonstrated confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated experience in balancing strategic input while ensuring hands-on implementation across the range of HR functions.
* Well-developed influencing skills and commercial acumen.
* Ability to work independently and deliver to agreed deadlines with a results driven approach.
