Job Overview
We are seeking an organised and practical individual to fill a key role in our operations.
This position combines office administration, customer service, and light equipment handling. You will be responsible for overseeing daily office and hire desk operations, assisting customers with rental inquiries and bookings, and responding promptly to email enquiries.
You will also process rental returns, inspect equipment for damage or missing items, and maintain accurate records of rentals, inventory, and pump-out schedules.
In addition to these tasks, you will load, unload, and move equipment and materials within the yard, operate basic machinery and tools required for daily tasks, and maintain a clean, organised, and safe yard environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Office & Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, assist with rental inquiries and bookings, and respond to email enquiries.
* Yard & Equipment Handling: Load, unload, and move equipment and materials, operate basic machinery and tools, and maintain a clean and safe yard environment.
