About the Position
We are seeking qualified professionals to join us in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions. As part of our team, you will work across various settings and client groups, tailoring your approach to meet diverse needs.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Therapy Services: Deliver therapy services and vocational interventions using work-focused CBT to support individuals in becoming job-ready.
2. Vocational Interventions: Conduct individual and group sessions to improve mental wellbeing, motivation, and employability.
3. Training Sessions: Run on-site clinics and training sessions for employment services staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
4. Group Programs: Facilitate group programs designed to simulate work environments and establish daily routines.
5. Liaison Work: Liaise with local service providers, health professionals, and key stakeholders to support positive outcomes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring both clinical skill and a commitment to making a meaningful impact. Required qualifications include a recognised degree in Social Work or Psychology, registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA or AASW (provisional registration also welcome), strong communication and interpersonal skills, a client-centred approach, and a current Australian driver's licence.
