Your next career opportunity
As a Delivery Analyst in our Product Innovation team, you'll play a crucial role in driving innovation across the University of Melbourne. You'll have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, translating complex business needs into actionable project requirements. Your expertise in agile methodologies will be instrumental in managing project lifecycles, from inception to delivery, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
3. Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements Analysis: Build relationships with University stakeholders, analyse business problems, and develop concise project requirements.
4. Agile Project Management: Lead agile ceremonies and manage project lifecycles, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
5. Business Process Improvement: Analyse and document processes, identifying areas for enhancement and supporting solution implementation.
* Cross-functional Communication: Facilitate clear communication between business and technology teams, translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.

You are an experienced business analyst with a strong background in agile methodologies, possessing excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex organisational environments.

6. Hold a relevant postgraduate qualification with significant experience in business analysis.
7. Have proven expertise in agile project management and iteration planning.
8. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
