Your new role
Reporting directly to the CEO and being a key member of the Leadership Team, you'll play a pivotal role that will shape the company's workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and align HR initiatives with broader business goals.
The HR Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, industrial matters, compliance, and organisational and cultural development to foster a high-performing, legally compliant, and engaged workforce through a period of exciting change and growth.
What you'll need to succeed
This hands-on leadership opportunity is perfect for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and make a tangible impact across the organisation. You will either be a Senior Human Resources Business Partner looking to take your career to the next level or a Human Resources Manager seeking a solo opportunity.
