We're seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to propel the growth of regional brands through impactful digital advertising campaigns.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for executing performance-driven marketing strategies across key platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll create and manage campaigns from start to finish – developing ad creative, optimising campaign performance, and reporting on results.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across multiple platforms.
* Analyse campaign performance and optimise for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
* Design ad creative with agility to stay dynamic.
* Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to maximise effectiveness.
* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets to ensure alignment with client goals and spend efficiency.
* Provide in-depth reports and insights on campaign performance, recommending areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field.
* Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and other advertising platforms.
* Demonstrated experience managing campaigns with an eye on performance metrics.
* Budget management skills, including forecasting and meeting ROI targets.
* Ability to collaborate with creative teams for impactful ad development.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
