Job Overview
This role is responsible for leading the execution of SAP delivery projects to achieve customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Execution Management: Manage daily operations of SAP BAU support, including incident management, service requests, problem management, and minor enhancements.
* Performance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs, track and report performance metrics.
* Team Coordination: Coordinate between client teams, offshore delivery teams, and third-party vendors.
* Status Meetings and Governance: Lead and participate in regular status meetings, governance reviews, and performance reporting.

* Able to lead and present proposals and solutions.
* Strong Client-Facing Experience: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Tech Awareness: Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
Technical Requirements:
* Minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP with at least 5 years in a delivery or support management role.
* Solid grasp of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
* Experience working in multi-vendor and multi-geography delivery environments.
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
