Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to support the achievement of set financial targets, lead and inspire a team, and create exceptional experiences for clients. This role will involve stock control and management, ensuring front-of-house ambiance and appearance are appropriate at all times, as well as staff management including rostering, training, and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality management, hold current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA), Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG), Victorian Gaming Employee Licence, and Food Handlers Certificate. They will also be able to work productively in a fast-paced environment, manage various shifts, and possess a can-do attitude.
