This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to contribute to a high-performing team during a pivotal phase of growth.
THE ROLE: We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join a high-growth medtech leader, based in Brisbane and supporting key hospitals across QLD and NSW .
This role is post-sales, clinical, and utilisation-focused, working closely with surgeons, radiologists, breast nurses, and theatre teams to ensure best-practice use of innovative wire-free localisation technology.
You will play a pivotal role in driving adoption, supporting procedures, delivering education, and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes across the territory.
Key Responsibilities Drive the utilisation of the technology and accelerate consumable growth Provide in-theatre clinical support, case coverage, and ensure successful product trials Build trusted, long-term relationships with surgeons, radiologists, and theatre staff Conduct regular account visits across QLD NSW to support workflow and best practices Collaborate with Business Development Managers to support warranty and extended warranty sales Deliver engaging product education sessions and in-services to clinical teams Ensure every eligible patient can benefit from the technology Maintain strong market awareness, including competitor knowledge Support all post-sales activities to enhance customer experience and system utilisation ABOUT YOU Experienced medical device sales representative with operating theatre exposure Confident providing procedure support and working hands-on in clinical environments Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication and influencing skills Truly passionate about improving patient outcomes and supporting healthcare teams Comfortable travelling across a multi-state territory when required Collaborative, team-focused, and driven to deliver real impact in a growing portfolio CULTURE AND BENEFITS: Supportive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment Global training, onboarding, and continuous career development Opportunity to work with innovative oncology technology Positive, patient-focused culture with strong mentorship Competitive salary package - up to $175k OTE + super Apply now or get in touch with Madalin ********** or ******************** for a confidential discussion on advancing your career with this global leader.
