**Head of Enterprise Application Technology (55297)**
**What you'll be doing**
The Corporate Enterprise Applications domain includes SAP, Microsoft (inc Azure) and Salesforce and may grow depending on the needs of the group. This role will have overall accountability of the Enterprise Applications' performance, including supporting growth, innovation and transformation.
Ideally you will have previous experience at a Head Of level, supporting the translation of multiple business strategies into a Technology roadmap. You will have expertise with Transformational Program Delivery, inclusive of technology solutions that land change and business benefits.
A key requirement for this role is your previous stakeholder management experience and being able to provide a single point of accountability for engagement with business stakeholders or other technology stakeholders.
You will have exceptional leadership skills and previous experience managing, developing, mentoring your team members. This includes professional development and coaching of leaders and other team members, career and Succession Planning for the team and the ability to build and motivate a broad and diverse team consisting of internal team members (direct and in-direct) and external partners.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Extensive experience and or background in software engineering is a key requirement
- Demonstrated understanding of industry trends in software engineering and broader software architecture
- Experience with building and deploying solutions leveraging Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS and/or Google)
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Internal consulting and stakeholder management skills are a must have
- Managing department and project budgets
- Experience negotiating with third party suppliers, including development of critical partnerships and joint ventures
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation under pressure
Good things you'll need
- 10+ years of technology experience working across SAP, Microsoft and/or Salesforce or similar scale platforms.
- Proven track record in developing technology strategies to support growth and performance of Enterprise grade platforms
- Demonstrated ability to effect change in both small and large-scale change programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage process and technology outsourcing services
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams and managing technology systems for business-critical functions.
- Vendor management experience essential.
