Customer Experience Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a valued member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting customer satisfaction goals, and supporting the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest or background in sales, retail, or the automotive industry, with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong relationships with customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality in-store customer service, assisting with vehicle, aftermarket, and finance-related queries, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
You will also have the opportunity to learn and develop key responsibilities of a Customer Experience Specialist while working closely with experienced colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
* Assist with vehicle, aftermarket, and finance-related queries
* Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships
* Ability to adapt to different customer needs and deliver excellent experiences
* Valid driver's licence required
