The Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Aged and Disability Care Workers in and around Albury who are passionate about making a difference. Your Responsibilities:
Provide personalised assistance and support to clients in their daily activities.
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and mobility.
Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence and well-being.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the team.
Requirements:
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability Support or relevant qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
Commitment to upholding client confidentiality and privacy.
Knowledge of health and safety practices in a care setting.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role or in the care industry.
Experience working with diverse client groups, including the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
Additional certifications or training in areas such as Manual Handling or Medication Administration are advantageous.
Willingness to Obtain:
NDIS Worker Screening Check (upon employment if successful)
NSW Working with Children Check
Valid Driver's License
First Aid & CPR Certificate
