Data Scientist Position
we are seeking a data scientist with machine learning expertise to build and maintain advanced models that drive decision-making within our business unit. you will leverage predictive analytics and ml techniques to uncover insights from complex datasets optimize operational performance and support strategic planning.
* develop train and monitor machine learning models to predict claims experience and operational outcomes.
* develop and enhance cmis agentic ai solutions
* continuously improve and upgrade ml models for accuracy and efficiency
* perform predictive analytics and operational forecasting
* collaborate with claims operations to identify data-driven efficiencies
* design and deliver dashboards metrics and reporting insights for business planning and performance monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications
your education experience and skills will include:
* tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as actuarial mathematics statistics or data science mandatory
* 2+ years experience working in a data and analytics role within a complex data environment
* experience using azure ai foundry power automate power apps
* sound organisational skills project management and ability to prioritise workload
* keen focus on automation and technical solutions to operational inefficiencies
* advanced proficiency with the microsoft office suite
* exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
