We're looking for a motivated and reliable Branch Assistant at Tradelink Muswellbrook.
Responsibilities
* Assisting retail and trade customers with product selection and orders.
* Picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
* Sales processing, quotes, and customer follow-ups.
* Stock control, cycle counting, and general housekeeping.
* Supporting the showroom team and nearby branches as needed.
Requirements
* Team player with a can‐do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
* Physical fitness – able to stand, lift, and shift throughout the day.
* Plumbing industry experience or knowledge of plumbing products or wholesale/trade sales experience preferred.
* Warehouse experience in a similar environment.
* Strong communication skills – capable of providing efficient, knowledgeable service to tradespeople.
* Valid driver's licence required; forklift licence preferred.
