About the Job
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support our operations in Nowra, AU. The successful candidate will take customer orders for LP Gas bottles and assist with scheduling deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service to new and existing customers
* Take accurate customer orders for LP Gas bottles
* Process invoices and payments efficiently
* Assist in coordinating up to 250 deliveries per day
* Effectively resolve customer queries and disputes
* Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements:
* Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with ease
* Develop strong interpersonal skills to handle calls and bookings for orders, payments, and general gas inquiries
* Demonstrate good computer literacy - proficiency in Excel and Word is required, with experience in MYOB or similar accounting packages being an asset
* Exercise attention to detail at all times
* Strive to provide our customers with outstanding customer service
* Possess prior administrative experience
