What You'll Be Doing
This is a varied role that combines listing administration responsibilities with creative marketing coordination, including:
Coordinating listings – from setting them up, tracking expiry dates, to making sure all documents are complete and accurate
Sending letters, files, and updates to clients and agents.
Managing Vendor Paid Advertising (VPA) – entering details, monitoring payments, and liaising with our selling agents
Communicating with vendors, buyers, suppliers, and the sales team to keep everything moving smoothly
Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube) including scheduling posts and running paid ad campaigns
Designing eye-catching marketing materials (brochures, social media posts etc.) in Canva or Adobe tools
Updating website and blog content
Creating engaging EDMs to promote properties and property management services
Analysing campaign performance and sharing insights for continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in real estate administration and/or marketing.
If you bring both skillsets, you'll be considered at the higher end of the salary range.
Strong multitasking and organisation skills – thriving in a busy environment.
Social media know-how (paid ads experience a big plus).
A creative flair with design tools or willingness to learn (Canva essential, InDesign bonus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
