One of Australia's essential **Federal Government Departments **is looking to engage an experienced **Pricing and Engagement **to provide leadership and undertake very complex and rewarding work that delivers quality outcomes. The **Pricing and Engagement **providing leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the Team Membership and assigned Contractors working within the work area. The successful **Pricing and Engagement **will be offered an initial **12 month contract** along with a **possibility to extend** option partnered with an **excellent hourly rate**.
The successful **Pricing and Engagement **will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Leading engagement within the team to develop market capability and capacity
- Managing projects and change, evaluating current and current market capability
- Drafting executive and ministerial briefings and correspondence
- Assisting with developing and interpreting pricing-related policies
The successful **Pricing and Engagement **will have experience in the following:
- Working with technical analysts and translate complex system changes in plain English
- Providing additional support across multiple branches and divisions
- Managing and mentoring staff
- Managing competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy,
