What You’ll Do

As Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the powerhouse behind member experience. You’ll:

- Lead and train the Reception team to deliver outstanding service and achieve customer KPIs.
- Manage overdue accounts, cancellations, and enquiries while driving company targets.
- Own rostering and scheduling to ensure peak service at all times.
- Handle calls, resolve queries, process memberships, sales, and bookings with ease.
- Keep the reception, café, and retail areas spotless, stocked, and welcoming.

- Natural problem-solver who shows initiative, reliability, and passion for health & fitness.
