Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced sales representative with excellent product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to provide logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock.
The successful candidate will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending our products and services to enhance their business growth.
* Assist with in-store rural products sales and handling client queries
* Perform the process surrounding quotes and sales administration
* Filling client orders, deliveries
* Receiving & dispatching of stock
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending our products and services to enhance their business growth
* Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets
* Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products
* Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients
Your Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
* A proven track record in sales and possess strong retail skills
* Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively support clients
* Demonstrate a passion for making a positive impact for clients and the community
* Capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients
* Hold a valid driver's license
* A forklift license is preferred, with support available to obtain one
