* Oversee budgets with expertise in food costing and labour budgets.
Person
* A proven leader with experience overseeing medium to large sites, ideally within villages, hotels, or broader hospitality environments.
* Someone with a solid understanding of both culinary and cleaning operations, and the ability to bring teams together across these areas.
* Commercially minded, with confidence in financial reporting and a strong awareness of contractual requirements.
* A skilled communicator who builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* A proactive problem‑solver with strong negotiation and decision‑making abilities, and the capacity to stay calm and think clearly under pressure.
