Role Responsibilities
 * Menu planning and preparation of Lebanese & Mediterranean cuisine
 * Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
 * Work with management on specials, cost control, and stock ordering
Skills & Requirements
 * Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of kitchen staff.
 * Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to innovate and elevate the venue's food offering.
 * Be a visible leader, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team during key services.
 * Relevant chef qualification or proven experience in commercial kitchens
 * Passion for Mediterranean/Lebanese food (or willingness to learn)
 * Knowledge of food safety standards (NSW Food Authority)
 * First AID
About You
 * Minimum 3 years' experience as an Head Chef
 * Strong business acumen with proven ability to control food and wage costs.
 * Demonstrated leadership in building a high-performance and fostering a positive, professional kitchen culture.
 * Impeccable standards in food hygiene and WHS compliance.
 * Ability to think on your feet, problem-solve, and deliver consistent quality in a fast-paced environment.
 * A natural collaborator who can work closely with FOH leadership to create seamless guest experiences.
 * A flair for creativity and the courage to bring new ideas to the table.
Above all, you are a hands-on, operational leader who leads from the front.
