Job Description
We are seeking an HR Graduate to support the delivery of human resource activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with HR professionals to deliver processes, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate employment lifecycle processes.
Your role will involve collaborating with the HR team to deliver human resource activities and processes. You will also be responsible for building relationships with site management teams, employees, and client representatives, as well as coordinating full Employment Lifecycle processes, documents, and records.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Human Resource Activities: Collaborate with the HR team to deliver human resource activities and processes.
* Build Relationships: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including site management teams, employees, and client representatives.
* Coordinate Employment Lifecycle: Coordinate full Employment Lifecycle processes, documents, and records.
* Update and Maintain Systems: Update and maintain HR support systems, databases, and registers as required.
* Manage Enquiries: Manage internal and external enquiries, respond to information requests, and maintain information flows within business areas.
* Main Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for Apprentice and Graduate Programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree Qualified: Degree qualified or Certificate IV in Human Resources Management.
* Microsoft Office Proficient: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in HR Administration (desirable).
* Can-Do Attitude: A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
