As a seasoned sales specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer account growth strategies for automation solutions and use cases.




Key Responsibilities:



* Analyze customers' business drivers to create a narrative positioning automation solutions as a key ingredient in delivering technology-fueled innovation and digital transformation.

* Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing in collaboration with Account Management, Solutions Architects, and Professional Services team.

* Meet quantitative and qualitative performance expectations by leveraging leadership skills and extensive specialist experience.

* Engage senior executives (C-Level decision makers) and win their mindshare by identifying transformation projects.





Required Skills & Qualifications:



* 10+ years of experience selling automation software offerings, cloud services, or related technology offerings.

* Value-based solutions selling experience; ability to translate customer business and transformation objectives to the value delivered by technology solutions.

* Creative thinking, communication, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.

* A passion for open source technology and understanding of the software subscription business model is required.

* Proven ability to work seamlessly with global, cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers.
