About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist / Administration professional to join our team at Cold Sense in Toowoomba, QLD. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing business. Cold Sense is a trade based service business.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and welcoming customers and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
2. Managing incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
3. Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organising meetings and travel arrangements
4. Scheduling and maintaining the company calendar
5. Supporting the broader team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role, ideally in a professional services or office environment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
4. Servicem8 Experience. This will be highly beneficial and will be a large part of our criteria.
