ABOUT THE ROLELocation: Kilcoy
We are seeking Facilities Operators to join our team in Kilcoy. These roles include, but are not limited to, grounds person, knife sharpeners, laundry attendants, and clothing store attendants.
ROSTER
* Day Shift - 4:00am to 3:00pm.
* Afternoon Shift - 2:30pm to 1:30am.
* Lifestyle Roster 4 on 4 off, then 3 on 3 off.
RENUMERATION
$ $28.97
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Could include:
* Assist production workers with knife sharpening and maintain hygiene and safety in sharpening areas per QA standards.
* Coordinate deliveries and pickups in collaboration with laundry staff.
* Organise storage systems and assist with stock counts.
* Follow department schedules, including tasks and break times.
* Support colleagues by prepping areas for the next shift and completing additional tasks as requested by supervisors.
* Manage chemicals, grounds, and pest control requirements.
* Maintain stock organisation systems and uphold safety and hygiene standards.
* Support team members by preparing work areas for the next shift.
* Assist with additional tasks as requested by department leaders.
ABOUT YOU:
* Experienced in cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards.
* Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in the workplace.
* Provide excellent customer service with strong communication, and written skills.
* Demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks.
* Collaborate well with others to achieve common goals.
* Show resilience and adaptability in challenging situations.
* Forklift operation experience.
All training will be provided for the right candidate, along with ongoing support.
