Overview
Randstad Digital are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the strategic transition from a heavily customised legacy environment to a standardised, cloud-based Evotix (SaaS) platform. This critical EHS System Modernisation project requires a leader who can navigate the complexities of de-customisation while ensuring mission-critical health and safety standards are maintained across a major utility network. Operating within the Digital and Technology division, you will be responsible for decommissioning bespoke code, managing vendor accountability, and driving high-pressure change management to ensure operational readiness for field-based teams.
This is a 12 month contract with potential to extend.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan focused on decommissioning bespoke code and migrating to a standard \"out-of-the-box\" Evotix configuration.
* Lead high-pressure change management and stakeholder negotiations to persuade business units to adopt standard workflows over legacy custom features.
* Hold the SaaS provider and implementation partners accountable for delivery milestones while ensuring the \"vanilla\" core remains intact during integration.
* Manage the project budget and maintain a rigorous RAID log, specifically focusing on risks related to business process mismatches during the transition.
* Ensure 24/7 mobile-first reporting capabilities (AssureGO+) are fully operational and successfully adopted by field-based teams prior to final handover.
Skills
* Over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record in major SaaS migrations involving the de-customisation of enterprise platforms.
* Demonstrated change leadership and resilience in navigating organisational resistance to process standardisation.
* Advanced proficiency in Digital and Technology tooling, specifically Azure DevOps or Jira, for managing complex delivery cycles.
* Prior experience in high-risk sectors such as Energy, Mining, or Rail, where Health and Safety systems are mission-critical.
* Strong financial oversight skills and the ability to manage complex vendor relationships and implementation partner deliverables.
