Key Role: Performance and Training Expert
This is a crucial position in supporting Area Managers to enhance service delivery, team capability, and performance across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting Area Managers in identifying regional performance gaps and addressing them effectively
* Upskilling and mentoring teams to build their capabilities and promote best practices
* Reviewing compliance obligations and assisting in internal auditing processes
* Driving accountability and achievement of performance metrics aligned with contract benchmarks
* Supporting the onboarding and induction of new team members
* Collaborating with leaders on data analysis and contributing to performance strategy
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
* Maintaining and developing strong knowledge of program requirements and internal procedures
We are looking for individuals who possess:
* Strong performance track records, achieving KPIs in employment services
* Leadership and mentorship skills, guiding teams across multiple sites
* Operational acumen, knowledge of Inclusive Employment Australia benchmarks, compliance standards, and internal performance frameworks
* Analytical and solutions-focused abilities, identifying gaps and implementing improvement strategies
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Organizational and adaptability skills, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum VET Diploma or equivalent experience
* At least 2 years' experience in a frontline or leadership role within Employment Services
* Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport for site visits
* Demonstrated history of achieving performance outcomes
